HIT Center St. Peters Opens January 2008 HIT Centers, Inc. is proud to announce the opening of The HIT Center St. Peters in St. Louis, MO. This 12,000 sq. ft. training facility opened in January 2008 and is the 11th HIT Center Kennesaw Opens August 2007 HIT Centers, Inc. is proud to announce the opening of The HIT Center Kennesaw in The HIT Center to open three locations in Atlanta, GA. HIT Centers, Inc. is proud to announce three new locations will be coming to the Atlanta, GA. area. The HIT Center’s world class Olympic Caliber training programs will soon be available to Atlanta residents. The first of these facilities is slated to open in December of 2006. The HIT Center Tampa is now open! HIT Centers, Inc. is pleased to announce the official opening of The HIT Center Tampa. The HIT Center Tampa is a beautiful 14,000 square foot facility located at 9850 Currie Davis Dr. Brandon, FL. The Tampa staff can be contacted at 813-612-9721. The HIT Center Advertising DVD wins a regional advertising award. HIT Centers, Inc. created a DVD for The HIT Centers to use in marketing to the public and for HIT Centers, Inc. to sell new franchises throughout the nation. This DVD has been very successful in both regards and has now been recognized by the advertising industry. AdFed, a regional advertising association, recently presented HIT Centers, Inc. with a Citation of Excellence for the quality and importance of the DVD. The DVD was created in conjunction with Mills James Productions of Columbus, Ohio. Mills James is recognized as one of the premier production companies in the Midwest. Morgantown Celebrates Grand Opening January 2006 Saturday January the 7th The HIT Center in Morgantown had its official Grand Opening. To ramp up the event, The HIT Center advertised in local newspapers as well as a local radio station and sent out over 200 invitations to local coaches, doctors, and prominent business people in the community. For the event, The HIT Center ordered Subway party platters and veggie trays. Papa Johns donated pizzas and Pepsi donated bottled water. Also, there was a remote radio broadcast on WVAQ. Several prizes were donated from local businesses such as Hibbett Sports, Golf USA, and WVAQ. In addition, The HIT Center raffled off T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Free Packages, and a Polar Heart Rate Monitor. During the remote broadcast, several clients, owners, and trainers had the opportunity to speak about The HIT Center.
Ultimately, the day went very well. There was a good crowd of people that stopped in and eleven new clients took advantage of the Grand Opening and signed up for programs.

June 2005 Primary HIT Center Sold in Morgantown, WV June 2005 HIT Centers, Inc. is proud to announce the sale of a Primary HIT Center to service the Morgantown, WV. area. This Primary HIT Center will offer all four of The HIT Centers™ programs and will be housed in a medical mall complex to include physicians and physical therapists. The Morgantown HIT Center is scheduled to open in September 2005. Dr. Terry Shepherd Consults On April 2004 Article in Men’s Journal April, 2004 Dr. Shepherd consulted on “The Best Shape of Your Life.” article in the April 2004 issue of Men’s Journal. In the article Dr. Shepherd explains how you can assess your cardiovascular conditioning on your own if you are not located near a HIT Center. Vince Wolfork is also mentioned in this article. Vince was a defensive lineman for the University of Miami Hurricanes and was drafted 21st in 2004 NFL draft by the New England Patriots. Vince participated in the HIT Center “Lighten-Up” program at the Jacksonville, Florida facility. Once the program was completed Vince had lost 30 pounds, dropped his body fat percentage 5 points, increased his vertical leap by three inches, and shaved one full second off of his three cone speed drill. Center Helps Adkins Go to the BIGS Pitcher Jon Adkins made it to major league baseball 2003 and he credits part of his success to HIT Center training. The Chicago White Sox right-hander came from the Class AAA Charlotte NC team to the White Sox in August 2003. “Most athletes rely on ability and overlook the impact the work ethic has on total performance,” said Adkins, a Huntington WV native. “In order for me to get from AAA to the major leagues, I realized I needed to combine the two.” Adkins hired Dr. Terry Shepherd and the HIT Center to develop a program for him in the winter of 2002. Over the following months, Adkins said he “developed confidence, strength and flexibility through a wide range of creative physical exercises tailored to my needs” In August, Adkins continued, “I reached the goal I was shooting for since I was a player in the Little League. I hope to have a long career in the major leagues and if I do, I credit the HIT center for my physical well-being and the personal attention in helping me achieve my goal.” Dr.

Chris Crocker Goes to Cleveland in Round 3 New York -- April 27, 2003 Chris Crocker arrived at the Huntington HIT Center very unhappy with his training at a previous performance enhancement center. Little did he know that the training he wanted and needed was just across the street from his home team – Marshall University. Chris came to the Huntington HIT Center claiming to be very fit. He was fit. But he quickly learned that there is another level of fitness. Now he knows that HIT stands for HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING. Other HIT Center standouts are Yancey Satterwhite
